With jump scares and screams a-plenty, it was easy to see why the game was so popular, it even spawned a couple of sequels. Pre-ordering the classic space horror game Dead Space Remake will bag you a free copy of the original sequel – Dead Space 2 – but only if you buy it through the Steam store.ĭead Space originally came out in 2008 and scared the living daylights out of a whole bunch of players, who still had never really had a truly satisfying Aliens-type gaming experience.
